HOW ABOUT TAKING A RELAXING BREAK WITH AN AMMA CHAIR MASSAGE?
Based on an ancient Japanese technique, this short, particularly effective massage combines pressure points and stretches on the areas that are usually the most tense (back, trapezius, nape of the neck, arms and hands).
Performed on an ergonomic chair, through clothing, seated amma provides deep physical and mental relaxation. It also boosts energy and improves attention span.
N.B.: This massage aims to promote well-being and is not intended to be therapeutic.
Price :
25 € for a 20-minute session
30 € for a 30-minute session
Timetable :
Seated massage sessions take place on Wednesdays from 11.30am to 2pm in room (- 1031) Lift 1 Level ( - 1) at the Palais.
