The Alsatian Jules RIBSTEIN achieved the feat last Monday of winning the Paralympic crown with a gold medal at the Paralympic Games.
Four-time world champion in para triathlon and European Champion, he is in life a companion of Noémie SCHOEN working at the parliamentary assembly.
The PACE Secretary General greeted the athletes during the Paralympic Flame visit to the Council of Europe on 25 August, on the forecourt of our Organisation.
