Tai Chi an age-old Chinese discipline, is recognized for its therapeutic virtues. The Tai Chi activity offers a program of Tai Chi instruction that will help you regain or maintain your health and well-being!
Improved balance;
Reduced stress and blood pressure;
Muscular strengthening;
Increased concentration;
Increased self-confidence.
The class will run from 12.30 - 14.00 every Tuesday lunchtime at the Lieu d’Europe/ in the Vedovato Room depending on the weather starting on Tuesday 3 September 2024.
The price is €20 per person per class. Classes will be held in English.
