Please find enclosed the new newsletter of the Amicale a large part of which is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of our Organisation.
This new issue of the Newsletter is divided into 3 parts. In part 1, we report on how the Council of Europe is celebrating its 75th anniversary; in part 2, we describe how the Amicale is celebrating the Council of Europe's 75th anniversary; and finally, part 3 is devoted to the Amicale's usual activities, which are many and varied.
