Frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the new ticketing system available as from June 2024

Calendar from 03/06/2024 to 30/06/2024

Following numerous questions asked by our members regarding the new ticketing system which will be put in place from June 2024, we have decided to create a Frequently Asked Questions page which may be useful to you.

If you have any other questions about Ticketing that might be of interest to other members, please feel free to write to us at Olga.BALTAG@coe.int and we will try to answer them.

  • Do I have to pay for this offer?

No, Amicale members benefit from this offer as part of their membership. Only postal fees for sending paper tickets /or e-ticket management will require additional cost that will be paid directly to Cezam.

  • Does this offer have an expiration date?

In order to ensure that people who benefit from this offer are up to date with their membership contributions, every year at the end of the year (in November) the Amicale will relaunch a short questionnaire among its members, so that they confirm to us their wish to benefit from the ticketing offer the following year. Following this, Cezam will renew access from January 1 for the year in question. Without this confirmation from our members, access to the platform (Cezam website and app) will only be valid until December 31 of each year.

  • Could I still buy tickets through the Amicale?

No, the Amicale will no longer be the intermediary of the ticketing system, all tickets must be purchased on the Cezam website (or from the Cezam mobile application).

  • Do I need the Cezam card to benefit from the ticketing offer?

No. The ticketing offer is accessible without the Cezam card for Amicale members who wish to benefit from it. Tickets can be purchased online or at Cezam branches.

  • Can I purchase tickets for other family members?

Although non-nominative for most tickets, the Cezam ticketing offer is intended only for the members of the Amicale. Cezam has a small tolerance (within reason) for the number of tickets that can be purchased with a single account.

  • Is there a difference between the Cezam ticketing offer and the Cezam Card?

Yes. The Cezam ticketing offer is only valid for purchasing tickets through Cezam (online on their website or via the mobile application and from Cezam at Espace Européen de l'Entreprise, 1 rue de la Haye, 67300 Schiltigheim on Wednesdays and Fridays).

The Cezam Card, on the other hand, gives the right to benefit from reduced rates upon presentation directly at the counters of cultural institutions. Tickets for these institutions/partners must be purchased directly from the respective institutions, without the intermediary of Cezam, and therefore cannot be reserved or purchased online on the website/app or from Cezam.

  • Could I buy the Cezam card if I wanted to, and at what price?

Yes. The Cezam Card can be purchased at any time from the Cezam website or application. For members of the Amicale, the cost is 13 EUR (in 2024) and can be purchased directly from your Cezam account. It remains valid from January to December of the current year.

  • Where can I collect purchased tickets?

To collect your already bought paper tickets, you can choose from the following Cezam relay points located in Bas-Rhin:

1. The Cezam branch, Espace Européen de l’Entreprise, 1 Rue de la Haye, 67300 Schiltigheim

2. SPACS, 9 Rue Pierre Montet, 67000 Strasbourg

3. The Association Graine, 7 rue du Rempart, 67500 Haguenau

4. Trace Verte, 1 place de la Gare, 67190 Mutzig

5. Pluie de pétales, 69 rue de l’Église, 67130 Schirmeck.

Tickets can also be delivered to your home, covering additional postal costs.

  • Can I purchase tickets physically?

Yes, directly at Cezam which is open for public reception on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Espace Européen de l’Entreprise, 1 Rue de la Haye, 67300 Schiltigheim).

  • How long do I have to wait to receive the tickets?

Paper tickets are sent by post within 2 days and generally arrive at your home less than a week after purchase.

Attention regarding E-ticket purchases:

Please note that on the CEZAM website, some tickets are issued instantly, and others are not:

When the E-TICKET pictogram (LOGO) appears in front of the price fare, the ticket is instantly issued by the ticketing service provider.

Tickets for which the pictogram does not appear in front of the price fare require processing by the Cezam ticketing service. It is therefore not possible to receive your e-ticket outside the opening hours of your Cezam relay in Schiltigheim (particularly in the evening, on weekends and on public holidays). We invite you to anticipate your orders accordingly.
