LAUNCH OF A NEW MONTHLY ACTIVITY AT THE AMICALE starting from Monday 4 December 6.15 pm

Come and discover the magic of the Tibetan bowls, the gong and the drum... and enjoy a unique experience!

All you have to do is close your eyes and let yourself be transported on a wonderful journey!

Thanks to the sounds and vibrations, you'll reach a state of deep relaxation.

Sitting or lying down as you wish, leave behind the stresses of everyday life, free yourself from certain blockages, refocus and let go.

Bring something to make yourself comfortable: a floor mat and a blanket.

Venue: Salle Vedovato (Palais, next to the projection room)

Cost per session: € 20 (please bring your own money)

The sessions are independent and there is no obligation to attend all of them.

The only condition: be up to date with your Amicale membership fee.
