The Caribbean dance section workshops provide an introduction to traditional and modern West Indian dances, for all levels.
Both traditional and modern West Indian music will help you to unwind while at the same time having fun and learning a little about Caribbean culture.
The sessions include a gradual and invigorating warm-up, followed by short choreographies inspired by different dances from the West Indies: gwo ka from Guadeloupe, Bèlè from Martinique, biguine, mazurka, zouk, kuduro.
Come and join a free taster workshop on 6 October!
