Amicale

Pilates is a precise and controlled approach to exercise and body conditioning. It helps you to establish healthy movement patterns which improve and strengthen your body and teaches you how to move with grace, freedom and economy of movement. Pilates is an investment in your body, not just for today but for the rest of your life! Classes are multi-level and beginners are welcome.

Paying (see rates below – fees are charged in addition to the Amicale subscription)

Rates

€120 for Tuesday lunchtimes (4 April-6 June=8 classes)

€165 for Tuesday evenings (4 April-27 June=11 classes)

Schedules

Tuesday 12.20-1.20pm (Room A, Level O, Agora)

Tuesday 6pm– 7pm (Room A, Level O, Agora) 

Please note that there will be no classes on Tuesday 25 April and Tuesday 2 May
