For the second edition of the European Prize for romantic novels, the Amicale du Personnel of the Council of Europe and the "European Cultural Partners" (Consulates General of Austria, Spain and Russia, Goethe-Institut, Italian Cultural Institute, Spanish Language School, Alliance Française Strasbourg Europe), invite you to vote for your favourite romance novel! Retour à Budapest by Gregor Sander (Germany), Le Champ by Robert Seethaler (Austria), L’idée ridicule de ne plus jamais te revoir by Rosa Montero (Spain), Lettres d’amour sans le dire by Amanda Stehrs (France), Conversations entre amis by Sally Rooner (Ireland), Quatre amours by Crisitina Comencini (Italy), or L’échelle de Jacob by Lyudmila Ulitskaya (Russia), which romantic novel will capture your heart?
