The war in Ukraine has created a devastating humanitarian crisis. Millions of people are affected. The number of civilian casualties and wounded is increasing by the hour and creating acute humanitarian and medical needs in the country. Many infrastructures, including hospitals, have been destroyed and medical equipment and assistance for healthcare facilities and health workers remain a priority area where support is urgently needed. We cannot look away, and it is the time to help NOW.

Together with the Polish Foundation “Darem Dalej” we are launching a fundraising campaign to buy one fully-equipped ambulance car for a hospital in Ternopil, a town 130 km east of Lviv.

The cost of an ambulance car is about 25,000€. Depending on the amount collected, we will buy a new ambulance or second-hand one with as complete equipment as possible. In case, the sum collected does not allow to buy an ambulance, we will buy medicines and medical eqipement needed in the hospital in Ternopil.

The Foundation has been in direct contact with the mayor of Ternopil who has agreed to make all necessary administrative arrangements and hand over the ambulance to a hospital in Ternopil.
