Even if you were unable to attend the previous sessions, you will be able to familiarise yourself with West African cultures and languages (mainly Wolof).
Classes resume online on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. A zoom link will be sent after notification of registration.
For example, here is the content of the first 3 sessions:
Session 1:
- Wolof: greet, introduce oneself, take leave
- Culture: Kamagnene, harvest festival among the Diolas
Session 2:
- Wolof: Usual vocabulary
- Culture: the feast of the King of Oussouye, in Casamance
Session 3:
- Wolof: Common Verbs
- Culture: the Dimbaatouloun, customary practice of Mandinka women
Prices: 10 € / session or 90 € for the term including 10 sessions of 1 hour each
