Come and join us for a series of virtual Pilates classes on Zoom, starting Wednesday 15 September.
Classes will comprise an hour of Pilates standing and mat exercises, followed by 15 minutes of stretching and relaxation, featuring a short visualisation on the theme of energy.
Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 6.30 pm-7.45pm and there will 12 classes in all.
The total cost, to be paid in advance by cash, bank transfer, or PayPal is 145 euros.
