What is the purpose of the European Convention on Human Rights? What does the European Court do for you? Should you exclude states that violate rights and do not respect the Court's decisions? Does the Convention, which has just celebrated its 70th anniversary, meet the needs of our century? Should new rights be included?
These questions and many others will be discussed during an evening debate with Françoise Tulkens, former judge at the European Court of Human Rights and professor at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium, organized by MESA on the ZOOM platform.
