Come and join us for a series of virtual Pilates classes on Zoom, starting Thursday 10 September.
Classes will comprise an hour of Pilates mat exercises, followed by 15 minutes of stretching and relaxation, and will be held on Thursdays from 7pm to 8.15pm. There will 12 classes in all.
The total cost, to be paid in advance by cash or cheque, is 145 euros.
