Today's exercises have been prepared by Olivia Conrad. It is a new cardio-fitness workout made up of 10 plank exercises.

Look carefully at the picture to adapt your position for each exercise. You will need a fitness ball. Let's go!

1. 30 sec of side plank, on one outstretched arm, the other one bent, your hand resting on your head.

2. One minute of raised leg plank, low plank on your elbows, with extension of one leg towards the sky, the other leg outstretched.

3. One minute of high plank with one outstretched arm extension in front of you, your eyes fixing on one spot in front of you.

4. 30 sec of slow climbers, your eyes fixing on one spot in front of you.

5. 30 sec of raised leg plank, high plank on your outstretched arms, with extension of one leg towards the sky, your eyes fixing on one spot in front of you.

6. 30 sec of high plank with one leg on your fitness ball and the other leg raised towards the sky.

7. One minute of side plank, with your shin, your ankle and your hell on your fitness ball; your outside arm bent, your hand resting on your head.

8. 30 sec of high plank with your feet on your fitness ball.

9. One minute of high plank, with your feet on your fitness ball; with extension of one leg in front of you.

10. One minute of plank on your back, with your shin, ankle and hell on your fitness ball, the other leg raised towards the sky.
