Today's exercises have been prepared by Olivia Conrad. It is a cardio-fitness training made out of 9 exercises. Look carefully at the picture to adapt your position for each exercise. You will need a fitness ball. Let's go!
1. 30 sec of high plank, on your outstretched arms.
2. One minute mountain climbers.
3. 30 sec of high plank with extension of one leg towards the sky, the other leg outstretched.
4. One minute of high plank with one outstretched arm extension in front of you, your eyes fixing one spot in front of you.
5. 30 sec of lateral plank, one one outstretched arm, the other one bent, your hand resting on your head.
6. One minute of plank on your elbows with one leg extension towards the sky.
7. 30 sec of high plank with your feet on your fitness ball and with one leg extension towards the sky.
8. One minute of high plank with your feet on your fitness ball.
9. 30 sec of lateral plank, with your shin, your ankle and your hell on your fitness ball; your outside arm bent, your hand resting on your head.
