Today's exercises have been prepared by Olivia Conrad. It is a cardio-fitness training made out of 15 exercises. Take 45 sec to do each exercise and 15 sec recovery break. After 15 minutes, if you want to take a second row, then take one minute break before taking the second tour.
Look carefully at the picture to adapt your position for each exercise. You will need a kettlebell, dumbbells and an elastic band. Let's go!
1. Single-leg Romanian deadlifts with dumbbells.
2. Hip thrusts.
3. Bulgarian split squats with dumbbells.
4. Knee tuck hip bridge.
5. Squats with dumbbells.
6. Lateral stepping with elastic band.
7. Clamshells with elastic band.
8. Deadlifts with dumbbells.
9. Quadruped hip extensions.
10. Standing kickbacks with elastic band.
12. Floor Jack.
13. Kettlebell swings.
14. Hip bridge with extension.
