Today's cardio-fitness exercices have been prepared by Olivia Conrad. You will work out your back, legs, abds and gluteal muscles. Look at the picture to adapt your position and correct it if necessary.
This Tabata training has to be done 8 times in a row. Take one minute break between each tour. Switch between exercise A and B to do 4 times. For each Tabata you will have to do the exercise in 20 sec and recover during 10 sec. You can find the Tabata songs playlist on Deezer, Spotify or YouTube. Let's go!
1. A. Burpees. B. Jumped fitness lunges.
2. Dynamic plank. B. Back release.
3. A. Mountain climbers. B. Jumped squats.
4. A. V-Ups abds. B. Knees up.
Do these 8 exercises at your own rythm, don't rush and do each move properly like described on the picture.
