As usual, warm up your whole body before starting the cardio-fitness session.
Today's programme is a new training sequence of 30" effort followed by 10" recovery proposed by Olivia Conrad.

3. Mountain climbers.
4. Push-up on your knees.
5. Star jumps.
6. Dynamic plank on one arm and then the other one.
Do these exercises 6 times in a row and take a 1 minute recovery break before starting a new serie.
