Today's fitness exercices have been prepared by Olivia Conrad. You will work out your legs, abds and gluteal muscles. Let's go! Look at the picture to adapt your position and correct it if necessary.
1. 20 jumped fitness lunges, left then right leg.
2. 20 single leg deadlift, left leg then right leg.
3. 20 Sumo squats.
4. 20 Hip Up, stretched leg, left one then right one.
5. 20 pelvis up, on one leg, left leg up then right leg up.
6. 20 fitness side lunges, on the left leg, then on right leg.
Do these 6 exercises twice on a row, at your own rythm, don't rush and do each move properly like described on the picture.
