Calendar from 21/04/2020 to 31/07/2020

Looking for a full-time butler or cook for his residence by July 1st, 2020 (or to be agreed).

Duties and responsibilities :

In association with the Ambassador couple, you will manage their residence.

maintenance of the house (cleaning, dusting)
exterior maintenance of the property
linen and inventory management
organization and supervision of dinners or receptions
punctually: preparation of meals (an experience in gastronomic catering would be highly appreciated)

Profile sought:

hotel and restaurant training or several years of experience as a housekeeper and/or cook and/or maître d'hôtel
excellent presentation, in-depth knowledge of hospitality, table manners, excellent service and management skills
know how to manage service staff and external stakeholders
trusted individual
autonomy, discretion and flexibility
speaking French and/or English and/or German
