Today's exercises have been prepared by Olivia Conrad.
Look carefully at the picture on the side to adapt your position. You will have 6 exercises to do in a row. Take 45 seconds for each exercise and 15 seconds to recover. Do them 4 times.
1. Mountain climbers.
2. Dynamic abds sheathing on one arm and then the other.
3. Skater position.
4. Push ups, on the knees it will be easier.
5. Jacks abds sheathing (lower position of push up).
6. Jumped squats.
