Today's exercise bas been prepared by Nancy Nuttall-Bodin to release the tensions in your neck, upper back and shoulders.
Standing or sitting inhale deeply and bring your arms up over your head, when you exhale, relase your arms down by your sides as if you are pushing the air from above your head down with your hands all the way down placing your arms low, hands loose next to your hips, relaxing your neck and shoulders to release tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders.
Try to pull your shoulder blades down towards the floor when your arms are all the way down.
Repeat this exercise 5 to 10 times a day.
