Pilates is a precise and controlled approach to exercise and body conditioning. It helps you to establish healthy movement patterns which improve and strengthen your body and teaches you how to move with grace, freedom and economy of movement. €195 for Wednesdays (13 classes)

€195 for Thursdays/Fridays (13 classes)

€370 for Wednesdays and Thursdays/Fridays (26 classes):

Wednesday 6pm– 7.15pm (Room A105V, Level 1 (Amicale), Agora)

Thursdays/Fridays 6pm– 7.15pm: (Room A, Level O, Agora) Please note that further details will be available in January due to work taking place in Room A.
