The Gender Equality Division will be conducting two in-house awareness-raising initiatives for the 2019 days of activisms against VAW (25.11.2019-10.12.2019):

1. Dress in orange – invite all staff to wear something orange and

• to come over to the agora on 27.11 at 14.10 for a group picture/flash mob  – The Director General of Democracy will say a few words of welcome on this occasion. 
• CM & Senior Management Board members meeting on 27.11 will be invited to do the same and pose for a separate group picture.

1. Orange ribbons action

staff and visitors to AGORA will be invited to tie an orange ribbon on the railings of the AGORA foyer for acts of violence against women they have witnessed or experienced.

We will provide orange ribbons beside a roll-up explaining what the days of action are about and how everyone can participate. This action will be launched during the flash mob on 27.11 and last until the end of the 16 days of activisms against VAW (10.12.19)

In terms of external communication, the Gender Equality Division will launch a new quiz on sexism on 25.11 in the framework of the Sexism: See it. Name it. Stop it! Campaign
