On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Council of Europe and in the continuity of the cycle of conferences organised, the Staff Amicale, the French Presidency of the Commmittee of Ministers and the MESA, have the pleasure to invite you during a conference-debate about the present situation of Europe, to meet Alexandre Adler, historian and specialist in international relations, who will present his book: Le temps des apocalypses.
The meeting will take place on Thursday 6 June at 5 pm, Room 6 at Palais de l'Europe.
