What every office worker needs to know about their body to avoid pain in back, neck, wrists, elbows, head aches, eye problems and many other ailments. Most people alternate sitting with too little or too much tension, both contribute to pain and injury.

This 75 min course is a quintessential guide to practice sitting with more ease on your own. Learn how your body is designed to sit effortlessly. Learn the most common ways we unwittingly interfere with that design while we sit, type on a computer, look at screen etc. unwillingly hurting ourselves in the process
