The activity report and financial report of the Association for 2017 was presented at the Annual General Staff Meeting on 5 June 2018.
The Arts Club invites members of staff interested in sponsoring an artist for an exhibition in one of the Arts Club galleries in 2020 to log into the Amicale webpage set up for this purpose (http://www.amicale-coe.eu/en/19-arts-club/) in order to register the artist. Like last year, the selection process will be carried out via this online platform, allowing the Arts Club to manage the selection process more easily, as well as facilitating communication between the artist and his/her sponsor and the Arts Club throughout the year until the exhibition takes place. Registration of all applications must be finalised before Wednesday 15 May 2019.
The application must indicate:
A personal account will be generated automatically with a user name and password, which will be sent to both the artist and his/her sponsor. The artist and the sponsor will both be able to access their online account and, if their application is selected, complete the necessary information with a view to organising their future exhibition.
