Amicale

This year's traditional Staff Amicale Children's Christmas Party will take place on Sunday 02 December from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm at the “Palais de la Musique et des Congrès (PMC), Place de Bordeaux Wacken in Strasbourg. This fabulous afternoon is open to all children (up to 14 years old) of Amicale members, ECtHR Judges, members of Permanent Delegations and of the European Ombudsman. Staff members on mission or on sick leave can be registered by colleagues. Please read carefully the following instructions and register as soon as possible by filling out the form. The closing date for registration is Tuesday 13 November 2012.

1/ Programme from 2 pm to 5 pm

• Festive welcome,
• Photo studio with Father Christmas and the mascot, make-up stand,…
• Live show
• On stage show « Florin et Cato », Clown magician
• Mega party with DJ, karaoke and dancers!
• Snack

2/ Registration

Registration is open to Amicale members and parents or other adults accompanying the children are asked to complete the electronic registration form (to access this form, click on the word « form » in the next paragraph) and submit it by Tuesday 13 November 2012 at the latest.

After completing the form simply click on « submit ». You will receive a confirmation. To have access to the form, log-in with your Council of Europe e-mail address and your usual password.

Tickets will be distributed on week 47.

Seating is limited; therefore no registration will be accepted after that date.

3/ Entrance fees:

The Christmas Party is provided free of charge by the Amicale. Those who have not paid their annual Amicale membership fee should contact the Amicale.

4/ Transport

The PMC is located Place de Bordeaux Wacken in Strasbourg.  Participants may go to the PMC:

-    by bicycle, car (parking),

-    by tramway (stop at Lycée Kléber)

5/ Liability

Parents are fully responsible for their children. If the former will not be present during the outing, we kindly ask that they designate a colleague to take care of their child(ren). Consequently, the colleague(s) they will have designated, is/are reponsible for these children. Staff Amicale will not accept any responsibility for theft and/or loss of personnal belongings during the show.
