Dear friends of Amicale Femmes,

You are all familiar with "Galeries Lafayette". 
However, do you know the hundred year old building, which houses it? It is part of the architectural heritage of the city.

We offer you a guided tour of the building in French.

The tour is taking place on Friday 29 September from 10 to 11 a.m.

The visit, organised in cooperation with the Heritage Service and Archives of « Galeries Lafayette » will explain the history of the Strasbourg department store, following a route from the ground to the fourth floors, both inside and outside the building. It will include insights into the grand staircase, the marble fountain hidden beneath it and the marvellous facade, as well as many other secrets about the store known for many years as « Magmod ».

The number of participants is limited to 30 persons.
