Cultural and gastronomic outing on November 24 2016 with Amicale Femmes
Preparation of "Foie gras of vignards" at the farm of Epfig This year, the preparation of foie gras will take place in the early afternoon.
If you wish, we can start the foie gras tasting with a glass of pinot gris and a dessert. The price is 12.50 € (to be paid on the spot)
After this light snack we'll start the preparation of foie gras. Each participant will receive a piece of liver of 500-600 grammes and will discard the veins and season it. You will take home your preparation to be cooked, so you should bring your own container to fill in on the spot. The price is 35€ per person.
The kitchens are air conditioned, so you should be warmly dressed. We are meeting at la gare d'Epfig at 11.45am
