Calendar from 15/11/2016 to 17/11/2016

Make your own foie gras for Christmas and New Year with the help of Eurest and an expert chef!

François Blanc, a foie gras specialist, will show you how it’s done and offer advice.

Choose from one of three dates in November: Tuesday 15th, Wednesday 16th or Thursday 17th, each evening at 7.30 p.m.

The classes will be held in the Council of Europe kitchens. Terrines and utensils will be available. Cooking will be done overnight, and you can pick up your own terrine the next day.

Cost: €60, which covers tuition, foie gras and terrine.
