To mark International Migrants Day the Europa section of the Amicale, in partnership with the Ballade association, is organising a concert entitled “The voices of Europe” in the hemicycle of the Palais de l'Europe on 15 December 2016 from 19:00, by Papyros'N a group of musicians who draw their musical sources and inspirations from different friendships across Europe.

The concert will be preceded by the European anthem performed by the choir of the Council of Europe Amicale and songs by the Paperless Orchestra.

The Ballade association carries out local actions with socio-educational aims involving people (migrants, inner-city dwellers and children at risk) whose access to culture and to music is often difficult.

An exhibition of photos, "Schau mich an" (Look at me) by Ingrid Vielsack, will be presented in the lobby of the Hemicycle. At the concert, a collection for humanitarian purposes will be organised on behalf of the Alsace-Syria association. Donations can be made now on the internet via the Weezevent platform http://bit.ly/Dons-Alsace-Syrie or on the evening of the concert. You are warmly invited to come and bring your families and friends! Access to the concert is free of charge, but prior registration is compulsory as is presentation of an identity document.
