Massimo Cresci, a professional chef from Liguria, Italy, will be sharing his culinary tips and recipes in a hands-on cooking course on the cuisine from Liguria and Tuscany on Saturday 9 and 16 April.
Blending modern and traditional techniques, participants will get to cook their own three course meal (anti-pasta, prima and dolce) which they can either enjoy in the evening in a relaxing atmosphere in the company of the other participants, sipping a glass of fine Italian wine as chosen by the chef for each course, or take home to eat with their family and friends. The course will last approximately 5 hours.
Massimo Cresci, a chef for twenty five years, has worked in restaurants around Europe and has several prizes, including: Booking.com Guest Review Award Winner, 2015, Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence 2015, Eccellenze Italiane 2015 and 2016.
