The Alsace Ecomuseum gathers 70 authentic country houses, dismantled piece by piece in their village of origin where they were condemned to disappear. Over the years and thanks to the contribution of thousands of enthusiats, the Alsace Ecomuseum has become one of the major ecomuseums in Europe, with its village, fields and forest totalling around 100 hectares.
