All paid up members can access the Council of Europe on-line court booking system.

Your login (username): JBLOGGS or jbloggs

Your password: SYYMMDD

S = sex (1 male ou 2 female)
YY = Year of birth
MM = Month of birth
JJ = Day of birth


Access rules for guests

You may bring a guest on weekdays between 8.00 and 20.00 (not on public holidays)
(in accordance with, and in adherence to Article 1 of the rules)

 

INTERNAL guest: holders of a CoE staff pass
( agent, temp, PR or similar)
The inner courtyard can be accessed via the door between the distribution and the mailroom department at level -2. The same door can be used to return to the Palais or, if it is locked, the outside entrance can be used ( Entrée II)
 

OUTSIDE guest: ( sans badge CoE )
Access is solely possible via the main entrance of the Palais. Guests must be accompanied by the member inviting them. In accordance with the access rules in force, guests must hand over ID in return for a temporary pass and must be accompanied by the member at all times.
The inner courtyard can be accessed via the door between the distribution and the mailroom department at level -2. The same door can be used to return to the Palais or, if it is locked, the outside entrance can be used ( Entrée II). Guests must retrieve their ID no later than 19.55 from the main entrance.

REMINDER of the squash section rules (excerpt)
Article 1: «…members are directly responsible for their guests, …»
Article 2: The court can be booked through the on-line booking system

BOOKINGS: No more than 48 hours beforehand (bookings made in violation of this will be removed from the booking system).

Article 4 : The guest fee is 4€ per session

These rules are liable to change depending on events and circumstances. Please therefore comply with any new rules issued by the CoE security services.
