The next Sophrology & Energetics session will be held next Thursday 21 September 2023 from 12.30 to 13.30 at the Parc de l'Orangerie.
After a moment of exchange, some exercises of anchoring and centering, we sit down for breaths and relaxation of the body, to finish by a guided meditation in lying down position.
The price remains unchanged at 24 € per person.
