If you are sponsoring an artist of a photo exhibition, the exhibition coordinator will ask you to perform a certain number of tasks and will guide you as to steps to be taken

Among other things, if the artist wishes to organise a private viewing, you will have to fill out the Excel table below, mentioning the date, your name and extension number as well as the first and last names of the external guests (who do not have a CoE badge). Once the form has been filled in, pleased send it by e-mail to the coordinator, at least 10 working days before the scheduled date. It will then be forwarded to Security who will issue badges at the main entrance on the day of the private viewing

A few hints :

1. Don’t forget to fill in the form in capital letters

2. BOTH first and last names of guests must appear on the form

3. The « responsable du Club des Arts » is your coordinator

4. The photos will be exhibited either at the Arts’Club Gallery or in the showcases

5. Don’t forget to mention the date of the viewing in the « date du début de réunion » AND « date de fin de réunion » boxes
