Vernissages
If you are sponsoring an artist for an Arts Club exhibition, the exhibition coordinator will ask you to complete a number of procedures and will guide you through the steps to be taken.
If the artist wishes to hold a private viewing (“vernissage”), the registration file on his/her personal page on the Art Club's website must be filled in with all relevant details : names of the accompanying persons for putting up the exhibition and reference of the vehicule, date of the private viewing etc. or this form must be duly filled in: https://www.amicale-coe.eu/fr/19-club-des-arts/315-fiche-de-coordination.html
The invitation to the private viewing must be uploaded also, so that it can be seen on the website of the Arts Club. A guest list (in Excel format, 2 columns with guests’ first and last names, whitout accents), should be sent to amicale.artsclub@gmail.com 10 days before the event, who will then forward it to the security service. Only persons on that list will receive badges at the main entrances (Agora or Palais, depending on the venue) on the date of the private viewing.
