If you are sponsoring an artist for an Arts Club exhibition, the exhibition coordinator will ask you to complete a number of procedures and will guide you through the steps to be taken.
Among other things, if your artist wishes to hold a private viewing (“vernissage”), his registration on the Art Club's website must be filled in with all relevant details : date of the private viewing, reference o the vehicule, name of the accompanying persons, etc..
The invitation to the private viewing must be uplaoaded, so that it can be seen on the general website of the Arts' Club. A guest list (guests’ first and last names), in Excel format, should also be uploaded. The guest list will then be forwarded to the security service, which will issue security passes to your guests at the main entrance (Agora or Palais, depending on the venue) on the evening of the private viewing.Copy of these documents should be sent by email to the Arts Club secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org) and to the coordinator of the exhibition at least one week beforehand.
