Arts Club
“Beautiful”, “mystifying”, “provocative”, “challenging” – just some of the words used to describe the work displayed in the Arts Club galleries. We pride ourselves on the wide cross-section of art for all tastes, created by artists scattered the length and breadth of Europe and beyond.
In addition to exhibitions, we occasionally organise lectures on art history by visiting academics and outings to galleries in the Strasbourg area.

We would like to thank the colleagues (CoE, PR and Amicale staff) who voted for the 2026 applications for almost a month long! This vote was followed by the Arts Club Selection Committee careful examination of each application. The results will be soon communicated to the artists and their sponsors; the artists whom applications were successful will receive concrete time-slots propositions for exhibiting depending on their availabilities already communicated to the Arts Club secretary. To discover the applications of the preselected artists and to find out more on the rules to comply with in order for a vote to be valide and taken into account, let's VOTE FOR 2026 SELECTION - Council of Europe's Amicale !
Whether you are a member of the Council of Europe staff, of the Permanent Representations or of the Amicale, you are cordially invited to submit applications for artists you would like to sponsor to exhibit in the Arts Club galleries during the 2026 season: Candidature - Council of Europe's Amicale.
