Krzysztof GIL, born in 1987, was the alum of famous Cracow Art School, finished with award. He was graduated in prestigious Cracow Art Academy in 2013. Since then he is preparing his doctoral thesis in this Academy. He is the laureate of several scholarships and awards, f.i. : The Guggenheim Scholarship, the ministerial scholarships for talented students and the scholarship of the President of Poland. He presents his art since 2006, among others in several prestigious art galleries, museums and culture centers: Cracow (2008, 2013 Jaszczury Club, Art Palace, Bialy Pradnik Manor), Tarnow (2008, International Roma Memory Caravan), Lodz (2009, 2013 Museum of Cinematography, Poznanski Palace, Art Gallery Zapiecek), Zakopane (2010, BWA Art Gallery), Warsaw (2010, 2011, Time Cafe Gallery, Ethnographic Museum), Berlin (2011, Art Gallery), Wroclaw (2013, 2014 Ethnographic Museum, Dizajn Gallery). Technique used OIL, CHARCOAL, TOUCHE, DRY PASTEL Dimension of the artwork: 12 paintings, max. 120 x 80 cm
