Goshin-Jutsu allows everyone to quickly acquire the right reflexes, to analyse risky situations, to control stress, by deciding on the right attitude to adopt to avoid a confrontation, or to act efficiently while preserving one's physical integrity. The training will allow you to maintain your body, to gain self-confidence and to blossom fully in everyday life.
At the request of members, techniques derived from Brazilian Ju Jitsu (ground work) are also practices on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Self-defence taught at the Council of Europe can be practised by women and men of all ages and physical conditions.
