The activity report of the Association for 2015 was presented at the Annual General Staff Meeting on 14 June 2016.
DG Danse proposes Zumba, Dance Mix (Thematic Dance) and Modern Jazz classes at all levels from 11 September 2017 until 13 June 2018.
All the classes are currently full.
Zumba (on Mondays from 12.20 to 1.05 pm)
Zumba is a dance workout sensation which combines music and exercises from Latin and international dances, creating a dynamic, fun and efficient workout for everyone! No need to be a dancer to succeed with Zumba, now come on and join the party!
Dance Mix (on Mondays from 1.05 to 1.50 pm) :
This dynamic dance class allows you to revisit a century of dance from the 1920s to the present day (Charleston, Disco, Hip Hop, Jive) using a large repertoire of world music.
Following a general warm-up based on isolation and co-ordination techniques, Didier will instruct on different line dancing techniques. This course will increase your knowledge of dance and make it possible for you to build on your dancing skills.
Modern Jazz (on Wednesdays from 1.10 to 1.55 pm):
Modern jazz dance provides you with a complete workout and many benefits. Gentle in nature, it allows you to work on your posture, balance, flexibility and even your memory. This type of dance also allows you to improve your energy and creativity using dance variation. It is accessible at all levels and all ages.
Rates and conditions:
Minimum number of enrolments: 10 persons per class.
Places are limited, reserve in advance! All inscriptions are final.
The classes take place in sports room n°3 at the Bastion (on the way to the squash court) except during the school holidays and on public holidays.
