DG Danse proposes Zumba and Modern Jazz classes from 10 September 2018 until 12 June 2019.

Inscriptions are open.

Zumba (on Mondays from 12.20 to 1.05 pm)

Zumba is a dance workout sensation which combines music and exercises from Latin and international dances, creating a dynamic, fun and efficient workout for everyone! No need to be a dancer to succeed with Zumba, now come on and join the party!

Modern Jazz (beginners class on Mondays from 1.05 to 1.50 pm and intermediate class on Wednesdays from 1.10 to 1.55 pm):

Modern jazz dance provides you with a complete workout and many benefits. Gentle in nature, it allows you to work on your posture, balance, flexibility and even your memory. This type of dance also allows you to improve your energy and creativity using dance variation. It is accessible at all levels and all ages.

Rates and conditions:

  • €200 a year per person.
  • €370 a year per person if subscribe to two classes.
  • Cheque (or cash) made payable to Didier Guichard.

Minimum number of enrolments: 10 persons per class.

Places are limited, reserve in advance! All inscriptions are final.

The classes take place in sports room n°3 at the Bastion (on the way to the squash court) except during the school holidays and on public holidays.
