Christmas Party: vouchers distribution
Distribution will close thursday 30/11/2017 12 noon. If you didn't get your tickets last week, you will be able to get your tickets from tuesday 28/11 to thursday 30/11 between 9 am to 12 pm at the AGORA building, Office A109V.
Vouchers will be distributed in the different buildings from 22 to 24 November
Some 1300 children and parents have registered for the Christmas event which will take place at Europapark on Sunday 3 December 2017.
You may pick up your vouchers in the various buildings of the Council of Europe, from 23 November to 24 November:
Please go to the building you indicated on the registration form to pick up your tickets.
If you are not able to pick up your tickets on these dates, you may ask one of your colleagues to do it for you, or pick them up later at the Amicale’s office until Friday 1 December at 3pm.
