New ticketing system of the Amicale as from June 2024

As a member of the Amicale, you benefit from a limited ticketing offer at a reduced rate, with no extra charge, which you currently order on the Amicale website.

 

With the aim of offering even more benefits to our members, but also keen to offer you a more optimized processing time for your purchases, the Staff Amicale will institute, from June 2024, a completely decentralized ticketing system in partnership with Cezam Grand Est.

 

What does this mean in concrete terms?

 

  1. You let us know that you are interested in benefiting from the Amicale’s Ticketing offer.
  2. We communicate to our partner Cezam your first name, last name and email address.
  3. You receive an email from Cezam inviting you to validate your ticketing access (free service for all Amicale members).
  4. You validate your account, and you now have access to the entire Cezam ticketing offer at reduced prices, with no additional cost for you.

 

The e-tickets purchased will be sent directly to you by email after payment, paper tickets can be delivered to your home (paying postal costs) or will be made available for free at a relay point.

 

These benefits are offered to you by the Staff Amicale as part of your membership subscription (deducted from your July salary, or as a direct contribution to be paid/renewed each year).

 

If you want to access a more complete offer and benefit from reduced rates at the counters of small and medium-sized local/regional structures, you will need to purchase the Cezam Card in addition, directly from the Cezam app or website. However please note that the Cezam card is not mandatory to access the Cezam ticketing offer at reduced prices online.

 

Thus, from June 2024, you will be invited to purchase e-tickets only on the CEZAM website, these will be available almost instantly directly in your email inbox. You will have access to thousands of e-tickets for events or activities to do everywhere in France and even internationally.

 

If you would like to know more about this new system, which will be implemented soon by the Amicale and effective from June 2024, we invite you to come on April 3, 2024 between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. at the cafeteria of the Palais de Europe where we will have an information stand on the new ticketing system and where you can also discover the Cezam offer.

 

With this new configuration, the processing time of your orders will be reduced as much as possible and you will be able to benefit from many more ticketing offers than before for cultural, leisure or other activities.

 

The implementation of this new system provides for the creation of a customer account on the Amicale partner’s website. We must provide to Cezam with the names and email addresses of people wishing to benefit from ticketing advantages during the month of April so that the accounts can be created no later than May 2024.

 

If you are interested in this system, we invite you to take two minutes to complete the questionnaire Link for the questionnaire, indicating your information and your consent to process this information by the Amicale and its partner. The Amicale will transmit to its partner only the information that you have agreed to indicate in the questionnaire. 

 

We invite you to complete the questionnaire before April 15, 2024 in order to allow us to compile the list of accounts to be created by the service provider and send you access during the month of May 2024.

 

Colleagues who already have the Cezam Card will be invited to only use their Cezam accounts to make their ticket purchases. From June 2024 it will no longer be possible to purchase tickets through the Amicale website, which will delegate this possibility entirely to Cezam.
